Axis Group zoekt een Operations Officer die dagelijkse operationele ondersteuning en toezicht biedt voor zowel professionele als particuliere kredietactiviteiten. U bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en externe klanten en verzorgt rapportages om voortgang bij te houden.

Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels, minimaal een bachelor- of masterdiploma en minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring zijn vereist.

• Fungeer als primair contactpunt voor interne teams en externe klanten.
• Zorg voor business continuity en behoud van hoge klanttevredenheid.

• You ensure daily operational support and oversight for both professional and individual credit activities;
• You provide assistance for special projects as needed;
• You manage issues that arise and prepare relevant reports to track progress;
• You serve as the primary contact for both internal teams and external clients;
• You ensure business continuity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Is fluent in Dutch and French, with a deep understanding of English;
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Brings a minimum of two years of applicable experience to the role;
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic approach and a focus on customer satisfaction;
• Is capable of working autonomously and effectively manages workload;
• Maintains composure under pressure and adapts to changing situations;
• Possesses strong problem-solving abilities;
