HCLTech in Belgium seeks an experienced enterprise architect to lead the end-to-end migration toward the OMaaP platform. You will design scalable, secure Java-based solutions and migrate legacy Order Manager capabilities to cloud-native architectures.

You will define blueprints, API contracts, and integration patterns, review event-driven architectures with Kafka, and guide teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring performance, security, and deployment

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the Belgium migration towards the OMaaP platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient Java-based enterprise solutions aligned with client architecture principles.
• Drive migration of legacy Order Manager capabilities to modern cloud-native architectures.
• Define solution blueprints, architecture decisions, API contracts, and integration patterns.
• Design and review event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architecture standards and best practices are followed.
• Work closely with Business, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Platform teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during migration activities.
• Guide development teams through architecture reviews, design discussions, and implementation.
• Drive non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, observability, and resilience.
• Support production readiness, deployment strategy, and operational excellence.
