Squareflow is a growing Odoo partner with offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Luxembourg. We are seeking an Odoo Functional Expert who will engage with clients to align business and IT, and serve as a functional reference within the team.

You will drive requirements sessions, design solutions, guide project teams, and deliver demos/trainings while contributing to the daily development of Squareflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Odoo in a consulting or implementation context.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Odoo certifications and/or advanced trainings.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (O2C, P2P, stock).
• Experience with complex projects and robust functional design.
• Good understanding of the Odoo framework.
• Strong analytical and structural thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously while acting as a reference in a team.
• Fluent in French and English in content discussions.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer needs and advise on the optimal Odoo solution.
• Drive and challenge requirements gathering sessions.
• Define solution designs and liaise between business and development teams.
• Provide guidance to functional project teams and assist when appropriate.
• Review and validate solutions for quality and consistency.
• Realize fit-gaps and estimate workload for projects/features.
• Act as the internal reference on functional topics.
• Contribute to best practices and internal knowledge.
• Deliver demos, trainings and support end users.
