Become a nurse at Wheel of Care (1 to 3 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Personal care services: You provide warm care at home: hygiene, comfort, planning.
• Bike-friendly care: You move through Brussels on your bike.
• Communication: You build a trusting relationship with patients and their network and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Independent working: You manage your own schedule and take responsibility for your care pathways, in consultation with the team.
• Creating closeness: You create closeness and safety in this special phase of life and truly make a difference in the lives of young families.

Required

• Qualified nurse: You hold a nursing diploma. Experience in home care is an asset.
• Independent and organised: You plan and work independently, but also feel at home in a team with shared responsibilities.
• Empathetic and patient-centred: You are empathetic, exude calmness, and act from respect and humanity.
• Cycling : Yes. You enjoy cycling and are willing to get around Brussels – even in less pleasant weather.
• Language: You speak fluently Dutch or French, and English or other languages is a great advantage in our diverse city.
• You contribute to a sustainable and ecological initiative.
• You get to know Brussels in a unique way and discover hidden gems.
• You are part of a small, close-knit team with a shared mission.

• Correct compensation as a freelancer: Market-conform rate: Depending on your pace, you earn between €500 and €1000 per month (for 1 to 2 days/week).
