START PEOPLE is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our permanent night shift in Belgium. You will play a key role in processing goods and preparing orders for shipment in a chilled environment, including a freezer area.

The position offers hands-on training, a great team atmosphere and a stable employer. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, and safety procedures to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsabilités

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Picking orders using voice picking and/or scanning.
• Preparing orders accurately and on time for transport.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Moving goods using an electric pallet truck and/or reach truck.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures (HACCP).
• Working in a chilled environment, including a freezer area.
