PepsiCo is seeking a Frontline Manager Maintenance for our fixed night shift in Veurne. You will lead a team of night technicians, coach them, and ensure reliable production through proactive maintenance and clear decisions. You’ll align with Production on safety and efficiency, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in electricity/automation is an asset, but hands-on knowledge matters more to us.
• Strong communicator and energy for coaching and developing people.
• Decisive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership.
• Understanding of machinery and automation.
• Comfortable working night shifts and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate a night-shift team of technicians.
• Be the key contact for technical issues during the night, ensuring fast, safe breakdown resolution.
• Organise maintenance to keep production lines reliable (preventive & corrective).
• Collaborate with Production to drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
