ENTICO ICT in Brussels is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with a strong UI focus to lead the design and delivery of modern front-end solutions. You will drive architecture decisions, organize scrum sessions, and coordinate multiple development teams within the portfolio.

The role requires a senior .NET expert, Blazor preferred, and solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure, Helm, and UML/Archimate. You will ensure code quality, mentor engineers, and align with Elia guidelines while collaborating

Qualifications

• Senior .NET profile with architecture experience is required.
• Strong UI experience with modern front-end design and implementation.
• Blazor expertise is preferred; other modern UI tech is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Reporting to project leaders about progression of applications in the portfolio.
• Checking and challenging specifications.
• Controlling code quality and ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Reporting to Elia development team manager about portfolio applications.
• Following Elia Guidelines and technologies.
• Take the lead of multiple dev teams and coordinate sprint work.
• Explain technical aspects to non-business stakeholders.
• Organize collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects.

Description du poste

• Reporting to the Project leaders about the progression of the applications in the portfolio.
• Checking and challenging the specifications.
• Controlling of the code’s quality.
• Reporting to the Elia development team manager about the applications in the portfolio.
• Following the Elia Guidelines and technologies.

Requirements:

• Technical architect level or very senior .net profile.
• Strong UI focus, with proven experience designing and delivering modern front-end solutions. Microfrontend knowledge is required.
• Preferably highly skilled in Blazor; alternatively, strong expertise in another modern UI technology is acceptable.
• Seniority in micro-service architecture.
• Seniority on main development patterns.
• Good experience in k8s different components and concept (service, pod, ingress, networking…).
• Good experience on azure cloud resources usage.
• Good experience in Helm deployment and azure devops pipeline (ci and cd pipeline).
• Good experience in designing architecture in UML, Archimate…
• Good experience in testing aspect (unit tests, feature tests, mocking).
• Be a player role in a scrum teams.
• Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint) .
• Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytics skills).
• Give a good vision on the target architecture.
• Challenge technical choice with other Tech leads and Dev.
• Challenge feature with PO.
• Explain to non-business people the technical aspect.
• Organize collaborative technical session with developers and architects.
• Handle priority and emergency in efficient way.
• Structured in the solution approach.
• Explore new technologies and keep a good technical watch.
