NCIA is seeking an ACPV Senior Data Engineer to support data source analysis, onboarding, and lifecycle management within the ACPV program. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and strong data visualization skills, with duties spanning validation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

The contractor will work on-site in Belgium with potential limited remote work and occasional travel. A solid background in cybersecurity and networking is essential, along with clear communication

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience
• 3 years in a Cyber Security environment
• 2 years’ experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana) and ability to analyze structured and unstructured data
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
• Experience with LDAP / Active Directory integration
• Experience with REST API development and integration
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, risk analysis, threat modelling and secure data handling
• Data sensitivity awareness and handling classified information
• Knowledge of multi-vendor networking and TCP/IP stack understanding
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• English proficiency meeting NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Understanding NATO responsibilities and organization

Responsabilités

• Analyze data sources related to assets, configurations, and vulnerabilities
• Validate onboarded data sources
• Lead technical discussions on data sources, correlation, SOP
• Prepare and present technical findings, provide recommendations, document results
• Support data source discovery, onboarding, and data lifecycle processes for ACPV
• Review ACPV service depth, compliance, and vulnerability exposure
• Represent NCIA to stakeholders, deliver presentations
• Document ACPV processes
• Integrate ACPV data with other consumption points within the NCSC
