Heidelberg Materials Benelux is seeking an experienced MRO Buyer to join our headquarters team in Belgium. You will manage MRO procurements, engage with maintenance and engineering, and drive supplier relationships across the BENE region to support continuous improvement and digitalization in procurement.

The role requires 3–5 years in MRO procurement, strong technical purchasing knowledge, and fluency in English, French and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MRO procurement or technical purchasing.
• Solid understanding of technical materials and industrial maintenance processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Structured approach to analysis, supplier management and problem solving.
• Curiosity to develop further in procurement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Procure MRO-related goods and services for multiple business lines.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and suppliers to meet needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships within the BENE region.
• Conduct price analysis, negotiations and support contract management.
• Monitor deliveries, service quality and proactively resolve issues.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and continuous improvement.
