Accent Jobs for People NV in Belgium seeks a mechanic for mobile machinery to work on excavators and earthmoving machines, installing options, inspecting and washing the machines.

Description du poste

As a mechanic for mobile machinery, you work daily on excavators and earthmoving machines. You install options on machines such as heavier arms, extra signaling, lighting, and safety equipment. You carry out inspections on machines. You perform a general check of the machines for e.g. damage, including washing them.

This is what you can expect

• Depending on your experience, your salary is between 19,555 and 20,1045 euros per hour.


• You receive €7,5 in meal vouchers per day worked.


• We strongly encourage cycling to work: you will therefore also receive a bicycle allowance for this.

The leave arrangement is freely negotiable and consists of

• 20 statutory vacation days


• No collective closure


• With a 40-hour workweek, you also have paid ADV days, flexible to take in days or hours

For this position, you bring the following requirements

• You have experience with an overhead crane; a certificate is not required. This can be obtained during employment.


• You are handy, know how various electric hand tools work, and work smoothly with colleagues.


• You are available for a day shift from 8:00 to 4:55 p.m.


• You speak good Dutch, so that you can follow instructions correctly.


• You have a category B driver's license to move between the sites.
