START PEOPLE in Belgium is seeking a hands-on meat processing worker to perform fine cutting, cleaning and processing of meat while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. The role emphasizes precise knife work and collaborative team effort in a chilled environment around 4°C.

As a cutting operator, you are responsible for fine cutting tasks and cleaning meat. You work accurately and pay close attention to quality, hygiene, and safety. This is a hands-on, operational role where you stay active throughout the day.
