Marsh Europe invites graduates to join the Marsh Risk Graduate Program in the Motor team. Over 18 months you tackle real projects, gain client exposure and receive mentorship to build your leadership path.

You will work across analysis, tenders, data gathering and client presentations, learning how motor insurance programs are structured and negotiated. The program blends training with practical responsibility and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical comfort.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Risk Graduate Program in the Motor team.

Your role as a Graduate Client Advisor

You will support the Motor team across a range of activities, including:

• Supporting the analysis of stop loss programs by reviewing coverage structures, client data, claims trends, and key performance insights
• Supporting the preparation of tenders, renewals, and client presentations
• Gathering, organizing, and validating client and market data
• Preparing comparison tables, documentation, and internal briefing materials
• Coordinating follow‑up actions with colleagues, clients, and insurers
• Contributing to the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of team deliverables
• Learning how Marsh advises clients through technical analysis and market engagement
