Deliveroo Belgium is seeking a flexible Marketing Intern to grow with the frontline marketing operations team in Brussels. You’ll support campaign execution, localization, CRM activities, and asset coordination across English, French, and Dutch to ensure local relevance and timely launches.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, CRM, localization, and campaign execution while learning how growth, customers, and merchants converge to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing, communications, or similar)
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Comfortable working in English, French, and Dutch
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and presentation software
• Previous experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus, but not required — we’ll help you learn

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring initiatives launch accurately and on time
• Assist localisation and adaptation of marketing content for the Belgian market
• Provide operational support for CRM campaigns and assets across relevant channels
• Manage and push live in-app messaging
• Coordinate assets and copy across English, French, and Dutch
• Perform quality checks on campaign assets, copy, links and placements before launch
• Act as operational link between ideas, content, tools and execution
• Collaborate with Merchant Marketing and stakeholders on initiatives
