Tata Consultancy Services BeLux is offering a 6–12 month internship in Marketing & Communications in Belgium & Luxembourg. You will work on real campaigns, collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales teams, and partners to boost client engagement and brand visibility.

Gain hands‑on experience across events, digital marketing, content creation, and AI‑assisted marketing while developing both strategic and execution skills within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s/master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Digital Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluency in either French or Dutch.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of executive events, roundtables, sponsorships, leadership receptions, and industry conferences.
• Help create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels and support email marketing, website updates, social media, and lead generation.
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications; assist in developing marketing collateral and thought leadership assets.
• Support internal and external communications initiatives; contribute to press materials and industry recognition programs.

What You'll Do

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of executive events, roundtables, sponsorships, leadership receptions, sporting partnerships, and industry conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, registration management, and attendee engagement.
• Assist with post-event reporting and impact measurement.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Help create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support email marketing, website updates, social media, and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare insights and reports.

Content & Storytelling

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, videos, client stories, and thought leadership assets.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and communication plans.

Internal & External Communications

• Support internal and external communications initiatives.
• Contribute to press materials, award submissions, and industry recognition programs.
• Track coverage and support reporting on brand visibility.

AI-Enabled Marketing

• Explore how tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI can enhance marketing productivity.
• Support content creation, research, reporting, and campaign planning using AI‑assisted approaches.
• Bring fresh ideas and experimentation to the team.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (at least in the 3rd semester) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Digital Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in either French or Dutch.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
• Interest in technology, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
