TSMG Holding is seeking a Mapping City/Country Expert based in Brussels to enhance the accuracy of transit data by leveraging local expertise. This role involves communication with teams and partners to improve city-level transit data policies and validating updated transit data.

The ideal candidate will resolve complex mapping issues, edit transit data, and conduct field research to verify information and user concerns.

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals.
• Create city-level transit data policies based on local market needs and regulations.
• Identify user expectations, data gaps, and transit-related issues.
• Improve transit data models using local knowledge of transportation systems.
• Validate and review updated transit data.
• Edit and maintain different types of transit data.
• Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues.
• Support Program Managers in communication with data providers and partners.
• Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues.

Role Objective

The team works on keeping map data accurate and updated based on real-world changes. The work includes reviewing issues submitted by map users and testing location results shown in web search and map platforms.

The Mapping City/Country Expert supports transit and mapping data quality by providing local market expertise and improving city and country-level data accuracy.
