Winsearch is looking for a technician in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, focused on mechanical and electrical maintenance. Responsibilities include mechanical adjustments, machine tuning, sensor replacements, and supporting the production process with corrective maintenance.

The role involves shift work with hours from 05:00 to 21:00 and includes night shifts for corrective maintenance. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience and skills in troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical adjustments and machine tuning.
• Familiarity with electrical repairs and sensor replacements.
• Ability to support production and conduct corrective maintenance.

Description du poste

• The focus is on the Mechanical part: Mechanical adjustments and machine tuning.
• The Electrical part involves replacing sensors and real indept Electrical problems.
• Supporting production and corrective maintenance.
• Limited deep electrical troubleshooting (sensor replacement/settings adjustments).
• Shift hours: 05:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00 / 21:00–05:00. You will change shifts weekly.
• Early and late shift: 2 technicians on corrective maintenance + 1 on preventive maintenance.
• Night shift: focused on corrective maintenance (reduced production crew).
