Vandemoortele in Belgium seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Eeklo site to drive the maintenance strategy and its execution with a team of engineers and technicians. You will align assets with the master plan, ensure reliability and safety, and deliver cost-efficient manufacturing.

You will lead a technically skilled team, implement continuous improvement, and manage budgets, training, and development to secure long-term site performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with organizational change and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong background in industrial maintenance processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a strategic maintenance policy aligned with master plan.
• Drive operational excellence and transformation of the maintenance department.
• Lead and develop a strong technical team with clear objectives and training plans.
• Manage budgets and resources with the Site Manager for investments and spares.
• Set priorities in a dynamic environment balancing short-term results and sustainable improvements.
• Drive talent development and succession planning within the maintenance organization.
