ENGIBEX is a Belgian engineering consulting firm seeking a Maintenance Engineer to analyse data, develop maintenance strategies, and safeguard process quality in an industrial setting. You will own MOCs, support RCA, and collaborate with operations to drive improvements.

Fluent Dutch and strong English are required, with experience in maintenance and knowledge of utility systems. SAP PM is a plus; a long-term, development-focused role awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch; good command of English for reporting and international communication.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
• Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
• Analytical, results-driven, collaborative, proactive and accurate.
• SAP PM knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

Job Description

• Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
• Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
• Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
• Create lists of critical spare parts.
• Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
• Owner and executor of MOCs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
• Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
• Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.

Profile / Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
• Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
• Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
• Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
• Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
• Analytical and results-driven.
• Strong in collaboration and communication.
