CAIROX BELGIUM, a leading HVAC supplier, is looking for a Branch Operator in Anderlecht. You will pick orders, load goods, inspect deliveries, and manage order processing while maintaining safety and quality. Excellent Dutch and French communication helps you assist customers efficiently.

You will also handle administrative tasks, coordinate with drivers, and relay delivery times to customers. A strong team player with reliability and a customer-focused mindset fits this role well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some experience in physical roles.
• Good Dutch and French spoken to serve customers efficiently.
• Able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
• Experience with reach-/forklift and a valid certificate is a plus.
• Reliable, customer-focused and stress-resilient behavior.

Responsabilités

• Prepare orders using pick notes and load them into the truck.
• Inspect incoming goods and place them at the correct location.
• Distribute incoming orders by mail or post and inform customers by phone.
• Handle administrative processing of orders, follow-up and closure.
• Convert digital store orders and complete transactions.
• Communicate exact delivery times verbally and in writing.
• Welcome customers with a smile and maintain safety standards.
