Impact Expertise Included is seeking a machine operator to process plastics into a high-quality granular material. You will work with extrusion machines, a shredder and guillotine, and set parameters for the production process.

You will operate a forklift, monitor production, and keep the workplace clean. The offer includes legal Belgian employment, accommodation, meal vouchers, and year-end/holiday bonuses. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Forklift operation; certificate preferred.
• communicative English required.
• Willingness for long-term cooperation.

Responsabilités

• Operate extrusion machines, shredder, guillotine.
• Check and set parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.).

As a machine operator, you are responsible for processing plastics and recycling them into a high-quality granular material for new purposes.

The job

• Working with different production machines like extrusion machine, shredder, guillotine
• Checking and setting up the parameters on the machines such as temperature, pressure, etc
• Operating a forklift
• Control of the production process
• Cleaning the workplace

Offer

• Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
• Salary 16,5€ gross/hour, +0,6089€/h extra shift bonus, overtime paid 150% + food vouchers 5,07 €/day
• Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - payable 110€/week
• End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
• Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary
• Transportation provided (depending on distance from accommodation)

Your profile

• Experience as a machine operator in a production environment (preferably with extrusion or injection molding machines)
• Being able to work independently
• Being able to drive the forklift (preferably a certificate)
• At least communicative English
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to engage in a long term cooperation
