Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Make-Up Artist to inspire clients with creativity, deliver personalized experiences, and drive sales in-store.

You will use your makeup artistry and product knowledge to exceed targets, educate customers, and contribute to team success. Fluency in Dutch and English, 1-2 years of sales experience, and 2-3 years of makeup artistry (certs preferred) are desired.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• 2-3 years of professional makeup artistry experience.
• Degree or certification as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus.
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service.
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest makeup trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Languages: Dutch and English
