FH Collective Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative for a Lisbon-based client project. You will provide empathetic and accurate assistance to Flemish-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and guiding them to solutions.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. The position offers a gross monthly salary of 1,400.00 €, plus a 100.00 € performance bonus and a 150.00 € language bonus, with no relocation support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flemish is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Flemish-speaking customers.
• Resolve inquiries and guide customers to solutions.
• Assist customers with product/service information and issue resolution.
