• Ability to translate technical concepts clearly and document specifications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interaction between suppliers and sales to ensure an efficient end-to-end process.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to market launch.
• Optimise products based on market needs, sales feedback and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to align product and operational objectives.
• Support sales teams with technical product questions and clients with product questions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to improve product strategy.
• Organise production, transport and customs for overseas products from China and South Korea.
• Calculate product costs.
