Jobat is seeking an experienced Atelierverantwoordelijke Draaierij (Lathe Workshop Foreman) to lead the workshop, combine technical machining with leadership, and ensure efficient, high-quality, on-schedule execution of every assignment. You will be on the shop floor around 50% of the time, coaching colleagues and optimizing processes.
