• Act as Project Lead for development projects.
• Gather business requirements and design solutions in SAP.
• Prepare project/change management plans and coordinate activities.
• Design, develop, test, and implement change requests.
• Create project documentation like Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Perform production support for Helpdesk tickets.
• Propose and execute configuration changes to resolve issues.
