Vivid Resourcing are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a client in the pharmaceutical logistics sector in East Flanders, Belgium. This is a freelance/interim role for 6 months, on-site, with responsibility for the Belgian Quality department.

You will lead a team of 7 Quality Officers, own quality agreements, manage non-conformances, ensure GDP and ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Manager, ideally in logistics/pharma distribution.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and ISO 9001.
• Experience managing non-conformances.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of 7 Quality Officers
• Take full responsibility for the Belgian Quality department
• Own negotiations and quality agreements with clients
• Manage non-conformance processes end to end
• Maintain compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and ISO 9001
• Oversee quality documentation, audits, and corrective/preventive actions
• Drive continuous improvement across quality processes
• Act as the key point of contact for quality matters within a logistics/transportation environment
