A lab technician is needed in our production environment to take samples and perform physicochemical and bacteriological analyses across the production stages. The role includes evaluating product properties with texture analysis, cooking and whipping tests, and taking corrective actions for non-conforming results.

You will also carry out periodic equipment checks and share responsibility for the release of finished products for distribution.

Responsabilités

• Taking samples in production and performing analyses (physicochemical and bacteriological) across stages of the production process.
• Evaluating functional properties of products using texture analyzer, cooking and whipping tests.
• Taking corrective actions when non-conforming analysis results are found.
• Performing periodic checks on the operation of laboratory equipment.
• Co-responsible for the release of finished products for distribution.

Wat houd deze job in?

• Je neemt stalen in de productie en voert hierop analyses uit (fysicochemisch/ bacteriologisch), en dit voor de verschillende stadia in het productieproces.
