Electro Rent Corporation is seeking a full-time permanent team member in Belgium. This position requires a Diploma or Bachelor in technical/ICT/electronics. You will be responsible for equipment rental and maintenance, visual inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Excellent proficiency in English and team collaboration skills are essential. Previous experience in a technical laboratory is preferred. The work pattern is onsite in Mechelen, offering a chance to be part of a leading global provider of test and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• You’ll hold a Diploma or Bachelor in technical/ICT/electronics or equivalent experience.
• You’ll be proficient in English both written and spoken, and preferably in Dutch.
• You’ll be capable of working in a safe, organised, precise, and tidy manner.
• You’ll be able to collaborate effectively in a team and perform well under time constraints.
• You’ll possess flexibility. Proactivity, and a willingness to take initiative.
• You’ll have the capacity to take ownership of your tasks and demonstrate strong desires to learn.
• You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You’ll have proficiency in MS Office and preferably in MS Dynamics.
• Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in a technical laboratory setting, calibration and electronics or electric.

Responsibilities

• You’ll make equipment available for rental and sale again as soon as possible, in compliance with all applicable quality standards and safety requirements.
• You’ll be responsible for visual inspections, version control of firm and software, maintenance, and functional testing of appr equipment and accessories.
• You’ll be performing calibrations in accordance with the manufacturer\'s business process and applicable procedures.
• You’ll be ensuring that required quality levels and maximum productivity levels are achieved and maintained.
• You’ll be accounting and processing administratively for all necessary steps in the process (MS dynamics)
• You’ll be complying with all special customer instructions.
