Manuchar NV is seeking a Junior Trader to develop our Polymers business in LatAm. Based at the Antwerp headquarters, you will manage and grow a customer portfolio across the region and build long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.

You will travel regularly to LatAm and occasionally to other regions, collaborating with teams worldwide to drive growth and optimize transactions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with first commercial experience in international logistics or commercial environment.
• Genuine passion for international business and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Dutch is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot opportunities and turn them into sustainable business.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
• Based in Belgium, preferably in the Antwerp region.

• Travel regularly to Latam America and occasionally worldwide.

Manuchar is looking for an ambitious Junior Trader to further develop our Polymers business in Latin America. Based at our headquarters in Antwerp, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across the region. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships, expanding existing business, and identifying new commercial opportunities within your market.

Working in a truly international environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide. You will travel regularly to Latam America and occasionally to other regions.
