Rombit Solutions BV is seeking a Security Systems Installation Technician to join our team in Belgium. You will be responsible for installation and commissioning of security systems, access control, fire protection, CCTV and related components.

The Antwerp port serves as your base for nationwide installations. You will work independently yet enjoy collaboration with a team, ensuring precise, reliable setups and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Just graduated or first work experience; technical diploma preferred.
• Certificate Installation and maintenance of alarm systems or willingness to obtain; Basic safety VCA diploma
• Basic IT and networks knowledge; PC/software skills for cameras/security systems
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Order, precision and responsibility; strong analytical skills
• Willing to work on standby and adapt to schedule changes
• Must submit a blank extract from the criminal record
• Valid driving license B; fluent Dutch; English a plus

Responsabilités

As a security consultant, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the installation and
commissioning of security systems, access control, fire protection, camera surveillance, …

• Helping to develop customized security solutions for the customer
• You carry out a variety of installations throughout Belgium. The port of Antwerp is your base
• You are responsible for installing and maintaining security systems
• (fire, burglary, access control, perimeter security, barriers, speed gates and CCTV)
• You are responsible for adjustments and expansions to existing installations
• You solve malfunctions and take care of repairs where necessary
• You have just graduated or have a first work experience and preferably have a technical diploma
• You have a certificate “Installation and maintenance of alarm systems” or you are willing to obtain one. You are also in possession of the “Basic safety VCA” diploma
• A basic knowledge of IT and networks is definitely a plus. In addition, you have good PC and software knowledge for installing camera and security systems
• Working independently does not put you off, but you also enjoy working in a team
• Order, precision and a sense of responsibility are no strangers to you
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are not put off by changes in the daily schedule and working according to a stand-by system
• You can submit a blank extract from the criminal record (certificate of good conduct and morals)
• You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus
• You are in possession of a driving license B
