ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG in Europe’s fast-growing fashion e-commerce space is seeking a Merchandise Planner with a strong analytical mindset to optimize assortment and forecast seasonal trends.

You will monitor sales performance, prepare weekly reports, and collaborate with Buying & Design teams to drive growth across our own brands. You should have a university degree in business or economics, first experience in merchandise planning, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and at least basic SQL

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics or a comparable field.
• First experience in Merchandise Planning.
• Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales KPI and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• First experience with SQL (Google BigQuery).
• High level of independence and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Strategic assortment and budget planning, including the preparation of seasonal forecasts
• Monitoring of sales performance and derivation of in-season measures like reorders
• Preparation of weekly sales reports and presentations and creating ad-hoc analyses
• Identifying growth potentials and white spots within the assortment categories
• Continuous optimization of our Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes
• Work closely with our Buying & Design Teams and be a key contributor to the success of our own brands
