A cybersecurity consultancy in Antwerp is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant who is freshly graduated or starting their career. The role involves supporting cybersecurity assessments and developing frameworks while growing into a trusted advisor. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a related field and have strong communication skills in both English and Dutch. This position offers a structured onboarding program and flexible working arrangements.

• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
• Any hands-on experience (CTF competitions, ethical hacking labs, internships, personal projects) is a plus but not a requirement.

Your role

Are you freshly graduated or just starting your career and passionate about cybersecurity? As a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues on real client challenges, learning the craft of cybersecurity strategy from the ground up. From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that makes organizations safer and more resilient.

What you’ll do

• Support cybersecurity assessments for clients across IT, OT, and Cloud environments – learning to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing governance, risk & compliance (GRC) frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Help translate strategic cybersecurity objectives into practical, actionable steps.
• Stay curious: keep up with cyber-threat trends, regulatory developments (e.g. GDPR, NIS2), and emerging best practices.
• Contribute to building cybersecurity dashboards and reporting tools for clients.
• Grow steadily into a trusted advisor — with coaching and mentoring from senior consultants every step of the way.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field – recent graduates are very welcome.
• A first interest or affinity with cybersecurity, risk management, or IT governance (through studies, projects, internships, or self-study).
• Analytical mindset: you like to structure problems and think critically.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch – you’re not afraid to present your findings.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Hybrid (offices in Gent and Antwerp + remote)
