Church International Limited in Brussels is seeking a Junior Data Quality Analyst to join the banking data team. You will help improve quality, governance and reliability of critical financial and compliance data.

You will create and monitor data quality controls, KPIs, dashboards and support remediation actions with IT, Operations and Compliance while developing knowledge of financial security data flows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of data quality analysis experience in banking.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML and/or sanctions.
• Fluent in English with good knowledge of French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and a structured, accurate approach.
• Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL, Python and BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and monitor data quality controls, KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify data quality issues and analyse their root causes and business impact.
• Define and coordinate remediation actions with IT, Operations, Compliance and business stakeholders.
• Support data certification, governance and quality assessment activities.
• Maintain data documentation, definitions, dictionaries and glossaries.
• Contribute to improving data quality processes, standards and best practices.
• Develop a strong understanding of relevant Financial Security data flows and applications.
