Job Description

Java fluency means you can develop, test and maintain any application that’s written in Java. It means your Java code is clean and efficient and you can assist cross-departmental teams with your interpersonal fluency to deliver high-quality software solutions. You’ll use Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, and tools like Maven to navigate databases, version control systems (like Git), and innovative methodologies with agility. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements mean you’ll have no trouble debugging and resolving issues in your day-to-day work, or adapting to the requirements of the cutting edge projects Sopra Steria delivers.

Our Architects have the vision and leadership skills to make daring IT decisions that can make digital transformation a reality. Your ability to collaborate across teams and departments and your flexibility to adopt new technologies will help you enhance system performance, scalability, and security. • JavaScript frameworks

• Development methodologies, standards and technical risks
• Architectural patterns (event-driven, n-tier, onion architecture…)
• Application modernization or integration patterns
• Agile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
