Bleckmann is seeking a System Engineer III to design, implement and maintain Server, Cloud, Network and Security infrastructure with a strong IoT automation focus.

You will combine hands‑on administration with technical oversight, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stability and scalability across on‑premises and cloud environments.

The role requires Dutch and English, 10% travel, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset in a fast‑moving, international setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in System/Security with problem solving and results.
• Experience with Networking LAN knowledge (CCNA/CCDA).
• Virtualisation techniques (VMware).
• Multiple Microsoft server administration (Win Server/AD/Azure).
• MS Azure certification / training is a plus.
• Veeam Backup & Restore system knowledge.
• Experience with MS Azure Environments (PaaS/IaaS/SaaS).
• Technical writing for internal/external use.
• Customer focus and ability to train others.
• Strong process documentation and problem solving.
• Analytical problem solving and proactive communication.
• Willingness to investigate new technologies.
• ITIL Knowledge (Incident/Change/Problem mgmt).
• Be stress resistant and a flexible team player.
• License to visit Bleckmann sites (travel up to 10%).
• Dutch and English knowledge.

Responsabilités

• General System Administration across on-premise data centers and Cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
• Support for WMS systems group and security-related tasks.
• 3rd line hardware/software/OS support and SLA adherence.
• Monitoring system ownership and incident investigation.
• Lead changes and CAB preparation for complex updates.
• Cross-functional project participation and training material development.
• IoT oversight administration and edge/Cloud infrastructure management.
• Vendor management for edge/IOT infrastructure and escalation handling.
