Sweco Belgium biedt een stage aan als VIKTOR AI Client Intelligence & Opportunity Assistant. Je werkt aan het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van een gebruiksvriendelijke VIKTOR AI-app die ongestructureerde commerciële informatie omzet in bruikbare account- en prospectinlichtingen.

Je werkt aan modellering van data, document upload en tekstanalyse, AI-prompts en dashboards voor account- en prospectweergaven, en test met pilotgebruikers voor iteratie en documentatie voor vervolgstappen.

Qualifications

• Student in engineering, data science, business analytics, computer science, economicor a related field.
• Interest in AI, data structuring, business processes, and user-friendly applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

Responsabilités

• Map current RTM Excel fields and define a simplified data model.
• Build document upload and text extraction workflows.
• Configure AI prompts or pipelines to extract structured information from notes and reports.
• Design user-friendly dashboards for account and prospect views.
• Implement search, filtering, and summary views.
• Test the tool with pilot users and iterate based on feedback.

Context

The organization has successfully demonstrated the value of a VIKTOR AI tool for competition
management. The next step is to apply the same approach to account management, prospection
management, and selected exposure management use cases.

Mission

Design and develop an easy-to-use VIKTOR AI application that transforms unstructured commercial
information, such as meeting notes and reports, into actionable account and prospect intelligence.

Main objectives

Improve the management of existing key accounts by structuring meeting outcomes, opportunities, and
follow-up actions.
Improve prospecting by identifying, scoring, and tracking opportunities and market themes.
Support exposure management by detecting recurring client needs that could be served more broadly.
Provide an intuitive dashboard and AI query interface for commercial teams.

Typical internship tasks
