Amplifon Belgium is offering a hands-on Finance internship within its international environment. You will be fully integrated into the Finance team and gain real-world experience from day one, reporting to the Financial Controller of Amplifon Belgium who mentors you throughout the internship.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, motivated to learn, with strong English communication skills and a proactive mindset focusing on detail and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance or related field (mandatory, internship must be school-supported).
• Motivation to learn and contribute in a dynamic international setting.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for improvement and detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and update performance reports (e.g., sales, cost control, stock management).
• Assist in monthly closings: verify entries, provisions, cost allocations.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts; present key findings.
• Conduct performance analysis of Amplifon shops; collaborate with regional managers and shop staff.
• Support implementation of new procedures to improve business efficiency.

The Role: Finance Intern

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance within an international and dynamic environment? At Amplifon Belgium, we’re offering a hands-on internship where you’ll be fully integrated into our Finance team and gain real-world experience from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and updating performance reports (e.g., sales, cost control, stock management) — with opportunities to suggest improvements.
• Assisting in monthly closings: checking accounting entries, calculating provisions, updating cost allocations, and more.
• Analyzing variances between actual results and forecasts, and presenting key findings.
• Conducting performance analysis of our Amplifon shops and collaborating with regional managers or shop employees to gather relevant information.
• Supporting the implementation of new procedures aimed at improving business efficiency.

You will report directly to the Financial Controller of Amplifon Belgium, who will serve as your mentor throughout the internship.

Practical Details

Duration: Full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months

Compensation: Variable performance-based compensation

Contract: We only work with internships that are linked to a school and covered by a formal internship agreement provided by the school
