What will you be doing?
Together with other newly graduated colleagues, you will work on various tasks to support more experienced staff in the following areas:
- Financial audits (e.g. statutory, consolidated, IPO audits and special assignments)
- Verification of companies’ internal control environment
- Preparing reports to e.g. Boards of Directors, audit committees and management
- Audits of (consolidated) annual accounts
- Audits of economic and financial information for works councils
- Legal assignments including mergers and demergers, contributions in kind, etc.
- Due diligence audits
What do you bring to the table?
- You are in the final or penultimate year of a Master’s degree programme
- You have a strong interest in auditing, combined with an enthusiastic personality and a team‑player mentality.
- Knowledge of current IT applications and Excel is desirable.

- Internship in a smaller team at a specific office or in a specific department, where everyone can be themselves.
- Take on increasing amounts of responsibility as the rest of your team stands by, ready to support you.
- Option to work at one of our many Belgian BDO offices or at a client site.
- You can expect to receive guidance on your thesis and also rely on more experienced colleagues to share their knowledge.
- Internship duration: minimum of 1 month, at least 4 days a week.
- Period: Preferably starting in February 2026.
