Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician who is board-certified or board-eligible. The role handles 18-24 patients per day across 36 hours weekly, with a 1:20 call schedule and strong support staff to enable focused patient care.

The compensation package includes a two-year guaranteed base salary of $270,000 to $380,000 annually, with the base compensation excluding incentives and benefits, and potential adjustments based on training and community

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• DEA Certificate.

• 2 Year Guarantee
• $270,000.00-$380,000.00 Annually
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.

• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
