Flamant is seeking an Interior Sales & Design Consultant in Geraardsbergen, Belgium. You will combine commercial skills with a passion for interior architecture to guide clients through purchasing or project journeys, translating needs into tailored interior solutions.

You will develop interior design concepts, read and modify plans, and support the design team from concept to handover, collaborating with architects and project partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior sales, kitchens or fit-out projects.
• Strong commercial skills and client-focused approach.
• Experience reading and modifying plans with AutoCAD.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on interior concepts, materials and bespoke solutions.
• Develop and present interior design proposals and guide clients through contract signing.
• Create interior design concepts and space layouts; adapt plans as required.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project coordinators and site managers during handover.

Interior Sales & Design Consultant

Geraardsbergen, Belgium

We are looking for an Interior Sales & Design Consultant who combines strong commercial skills with a genuine passion for interior architecture and design.

You will guide clients who are already engaged in a purchasing or project journey and translate their needs into tailored interior solutions. Thanks to your sense of aesthetics, technical understanding and sales abilities, you are able to convince clients and successfully close projects.

You are neither a pure salesperson nor a traditional interior designer, but the ideal combination of both.

Commercial Advice & Project Sales

• Advise clients on interior concepts, materials, finishes and bespoke solutions.
• Develop and present interior design proposals.
• Guide clients through the decision-making process up to contract signing.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, architects and project partners.

Design & Technical Support

• Develop interior design concepts and space layouts.
• Adapt existing plans according to client requirements.
• Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Work with design and visualisation software.
• Support the design team in the development of projects.
• During quieter periods, assist the interior design team with design and drafting assignments.

Project Handover

• Ensure the smooth transfer of sold projects to the operational teams.
• Work closely with interior designers, project coordinators and site managers.
• Monitor the quality and feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Your Profile

• Experience in interior sales, kitchens, bespoke furniture, interior architecture or fit-out projects.
• Strong commercial role skills and a natural customer-focused approach.
• A genuine affinity for interior design, materials and finishes.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Ability to independently read, create and modify plans.
• Creative, aesthetically minded and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus.
