Description du poste

Responsibilities

For the position as installer of custom furniture, you usually start the workday in the workshop and head out with your colleagues to various job sites. Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Installing, assembling, finishing, and adjusting kitchens and other custom furniture according to plans and designs.
• Correctly reading and interpreting technical plans during installation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and high‑quality installations.
• Handling tools, assembly materials, and small equipment during installation.
• Ensuring a clean delivery for the customer.

Work Hours

• Full‑time contract in a 40‑hour workweek with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
• You work from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday from 7 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., with a lunch break from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.

Salary and Benefits

• Correct starting salary ranging from €15.50 to €20 gross/hour, or negotiable in relation to knowledge, experience, and category according to the joint committee 126.00 FURNISHING AND WOODWORKING.
• Salary supplemented with eco vouchers up to a maximum of €100/year.
• Home‑office travel allowance or bicycle allowance.
• Through temporary employment, you are entitled to a year‑end bonus and holiday pay in proportion to your worked days.
• With a permanent contract: year‑end bonus, holiday pay, loyalty bonus.

Vacation and Leave

• In addition to the 20 vacation days in a full‑time schedule, you also get 16 ADV days linked to the 40‑hour workweek.
• Possibility to take compensatory time off for overtime or opt for payout.
• Collective closure during the Christmas holidays, 1 week at Easter, and 3 weeks in July.
• 5 remaining vacation days to be taken freely in mutual agreement.
