Smart Houses seeks an Internal Sales & Customer Support professional to follow up with existing and new customers while actively generating new leads. You will work from our Waregem office and collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include contacting customers via phone or email, answering queries, supporting account managers, and reporting KPI data. A commercial mindset and proactive approach are essential.
