Kurv Industrial in Antwerp is seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment and reporting for a large-scale infrastructure program.

You will coordinate risk input across engineering, procurement, planning and execution, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and support decision-making through structured risk analysis. This strategic role offers close collaboration with senior project leaders and opportunities to influence project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, project controls, contract management, or project management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, construction, engineering, or industrial project environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Experience with risk-management tools and methodologies is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report project risks.
• Maintain the project risk register and follow up mitigation actions.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project stakeholders.
• Support project management in decision-making through risk analysis.
• Coordinate risk input from engineering, procurement, planning, contracts, QHSES, and execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project risk-management processes.
