STUK – House for Dance, Image & Sound in Leuven is seeking an Infrastructure Manager (80%) to guide repairs, maintenance and safety across a complex arts centre. You will work in the technical & building team and coordinate external firms while aligning with the cultural programming.

The role combines budgeting, tendering, sustainability and ICT oversight, with strong focus on keeping the venue efficient, accessible and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure management, budgeting and safety compliance.
• Desire to enhance sustainability and efficiency of a cultural venue.
• Ability to coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate minor and major repairs and supervise outside maintenance firms.
• Plan and prioritise investments and monitor budgets.
• Draft tenders and monitor procurement processes.
