B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) invites a Junior Industrial Quality Engineer to join its Aeronautics team in a collaborative, international environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering and fluent English; you will start a career in an industrial setting and be ready to perform missions at customer sites. You will handle customer complaints, propose corrective actions, assist QA engineers, participate in audits, and work with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics.
• You are junior and want to start a career in an industrial environment.
• You are ready to carry out missions at Customer sites.
• You are ready to learn using company standard.
• You are fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• You are responsible for handling customer complaints after delivery.
• You assist customers by proposing corrective actions.
• Determine responsibilities in the event of customer complaints.
• Assist the project’s quality assurance engineers in analyzing root causes and corrective actions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and then formulate suggestions for improvement.
• Participate in audits and evaluations conducted by customers.
