Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Medior) to join an industrial site in Wallonia, Belgium. You will support electrical maintenance and CAPEX/SMR projects, ensuring compliance with RGIE and the correct sizing of LV and HV installations.

You will review technical deliverables, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and subcontractors, and contribute to technical specifications and tender documents while delivering high-quality, safe electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering.
• Proven experience in electrical design and electrical calculations.
• Experience in an industrial environment on a complex and highly regulated site.
• Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical networks and industrial electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with electrical calculation software such as Caneco, Elec Calc or equivalents.
• Ability to prepare, review and validate electrical calculation notes.
• Good knowledge of RGIE and applicable electrical safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CAPEX projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English and/or French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical interface between the electrical maintenance teams and CAPEX/SMR project teams.
• Participate in the design and development of electrical installations for industrial projects.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, including electrical schematics, power balances and calculation notes.
• Perform or update electrical calculations and verify the sizing of LV and HV installations.
• Ensure compliance with RGIE and regulatory requirements.
• Review technical documentation and coordinate corrections with engineering and project teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, tender documents and RFQs.
• Support project managers with technical input, planning and coordination.
• Follow up electrical works on site, participate in site meetings and monitor deviations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, ensuring quality of their work.
• Provide technical support to maintenance teams during the electrical remediation program.
• Identify technical issues, investigate root causes and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Support delivery of internal electrical infrastructure projects with budgets of several hundred thousand euros.
