NTek Software Solutions is seeking a proactive cybersecurity risk analyst for OT/IT integration within SPW MI environments. You will assess, prioritize and trace cyber risks, identify SPOFs, and develop a risk reduction roadmap aligned with business continuity.

You will draft IT/OT security clauses, verify OT supplier compliance, and translate OT risks into SOC use-cases and logging rules while contributing to restoration tests and post-incident learning.

Responsabilités

• To assess, prioritize and trace cyber risks related to OT/IT dependencies and recommend treatments.
• List OT assets (PLC, RTU, HMI, field networks) and their IT dependencies in the unified CMDB.
• Identify SPOFs: Domain Controller, inter-network links, critical markets, firewalls.
• Apply SPW methodology to model threats, vulnerabilities and impacts on safety, environment, availability, finances, image.
• Develop the implementation plan for actions to address analyzed risks (reduction, avoidance, transfer, acceptance).
• Quantify cost/impact and develop a risk reduction roadmap aligned with business continuity of the systems.
• Draft IT/OT security clauses in the specifications.
• Verify the compliance of critical OT suppliers (PLC maintenance, supervision).
• Translate OT risks into logging requirements and detection rules for the SOC (use-case, PLC takeovers).
• Participate in restoration tests and OT/IT table-top exercises to validate impact hypotheses.
• Contribute to feedback and analyze root causes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans.
• Keep the OT risk register up to date, prepare summaries for Cyber MI Committee and NIS2 audits.
