NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert - Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist to support the systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion across the Africa-EU Space Partnership programme.

You will promote inclusive participation, gender-responsive implementation, and equitable access to opportunities produced through Africa-EU space cooperation. Fluency in English required; knowledge of French/Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support integration of gender equality and social inclusion across project activities.
• Ensure inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities within the programme.
• Familiarity with donor-funded programmes and EU gender policy is a plus.
