IAM Architect
What are we looking for? At Devoteam, we believe cyber is about creating a more secure future for our customers. Our IAM consultants leverage methodologies of a digital identity platform to help clients control which employees, partners, suppliers, customers, and citizens have access to sensitive organizational applications and data. We also focus on the integrations of cutting‑edge technologies in the digital identity space. Our team is dedicated to enhancing IAM programs so our clients can mitigate risk, reduce intrusion, and secure information.
What will your day look like?
As an IAM Architect, you are responsible for defining architecture and design patterns for the consistent and efficient implementation of IAM services. You will work on the creation of high‑level designs for IAM solutions, based on Forgerock technologies. Further in the development lifecycle, you will provide guidance and support the engineers on the deployment of the solution and the integration with other systems.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience of 3 years in IAM projects or Linux/Java development environments
- Experience working with identity governance including role‑based access control, access request and certification
- Experience in implementing ForgeRock identity management use cases, or other IAM technologies
- Experience with federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (logical access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication solutions, PKI concepts, SIEM solutions)
- Thorough knowledge of information systems security concepts and current information security trends and practices including security processes and methods
- Experience with DevOps tools is considered a plus
Desired/Preferred Certifications
- Master’s degree in computer science/engineering/cyber security or relevant work experience in IT security
- Information Security Certifications are nice to have

Data / AI Engineer (Lead / Senior)
For a prestigious customer, we are looking for dedicated Data / AI Engineers to leverage their extensive experience in data engineering, AI and public cloud areas, to interpret our customers’ business and technical requirements in order to extract the value from their data, using Dataiku and GCP products and services as well as other industry‑known technologies.
In this position you will:
- work as part of the Data & AI Factory team, working with the customer to support their data‑ops and AI projects
- be involved in designing, building, maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines, models and transformations
- help to build, maintain and troubleshoot data observability solutions to improve data quality
- help turn data into valuable business insights, preparing custom solutions optimised for each client

Offensive CyberSecurity Engineer – Madrid, Spain
You're a mid‑level engineer who enjoys breadth, you’re comfortable writing Python backends, curious about AI, and not afraid of data pipelines. You don't need to be an experienced in everything yet but you’re motivated to grow across all three areas. You like picking up new tools quickly, communicate well, and get things done.
The role
You’ll be working on our Managed Cloud Compliance product, a platform that collects, transforms and reports security and compliance data from Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. Your work will span three areas:
- Python backend development, building and maintaining the services and APIs that power the platform;
- Agentic AI & AI‑assisted development, working with modern AI tooling (including Claude Code, MCP, OpenAI SDK, and similar technologies) to build intelligent, automated workflows and solutions;
- Data engineering, designing and maintaining data pipelines that turn raw cloud data into actionable compliance insights.

What You will do:
- Develop and maintain Python backend services and data pipelines;
- Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions as part of our product;

What we are looking for:
- Some exposure to data engineering concepts, pipelines, SQL, and data transformation;
- Curiosity about AI and agentic systems; hands‑on experience is a plus, not a must;
- Familiarity with at least one public cloud environment (Azure preferred);
- Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- A growth mindset - you’re motivated to develop across backend, AI, and data.
Nice to have:
- Experience with data tools like Databricks or similar;
- Familiarity with AI development tools (LLM APIs, MCP, Claude Code, or similar).

Risk & Compliance Engineer – Lisboa, Portugal
Provide support to stakeholders filling the risk cards;
Review and challenge content of the risk cards to ensure they meet expected quality;
Design and continuous improvement of the action plan follow‑up;
Ensure actions plans are formalized with all needed information;
Follow‑up and reporting (figures, alerts…) of risks register entries and action plans in order to provide an accurate and up‑to‑date risk view and assist in reporting and preparation of regular function/metier/region IT risk and control committees.
Data Governance Consultant – Tunis, Tunisia
Design and implement the data governance framework, operating model, and roles and responsibilities.
Develop and implement data governance process workflows.
Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis related to data governance initiatives.
Support data architecture activities in coordination with data governance objectives.
Participate in data maturity assessment sessions, gap analysis, and alignment with Enterprise Architecture teams and data strategy.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure that data standards and models align with enterprise architecture and applicable standards.
Define data governance–related roles and responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
Establish a common understanding and visibility of all organizational data assets.
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and provide business‑impact‑driven analysis, communicating results effectively.
