Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Scrum Master / Developer for a client-site consultancy mission. You will guide a development team in Agile practices while contributing hands-on experience in Java and Angular environments.

The role requires strong coordination across multiple teams, backlog refinement with the Product Owner, and close collaboration with the Technical Lead to deliver high-quality increments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, methods, tools and techniques.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and tracking indicators.
• Familiarity with iceScrum or equivalent tools; strong software development context.

Responsabilités

• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure proper application of Agile practices and Scrum.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owner on backlog.
• Monitor velocity and performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering progress.
• Promote trust, accountability and collaboration within the team.
• Work with Technical Lead and developers to align on estimates.
